Messaging Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026
These terms cover the SubLine jobsite text messaging program operated by Emnova Corp.
1. What SubLine is
SubLine is a jobsite messaging service operated by Emnova Corp. General contractors use SubLine to coordinate with the subcontractor crews working on their construction projects. Each project has its own dedicated text messaging number, and messages are sent and received as standard SMS.
SubLine is a subsidiary of Emnova Corporation.
2. Consent is required before we text you
We only send messages to people who have opted in — either by submitting the opt-in form on this website, by texting the program keyword to a project number, or by replying YES to the confirmation request sent when a general contractor adds you to a job.
Consent is never a condition of any purchase or of being hired for work. You can decline and still receive project information by other means.
3. What we send
Messages are limited to jobsite coordination: schedules, delivery windows, site access, weather delays, punch list items, and replies between the general contractor and the crews on that project.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages of any kind. We do not send messages about loans, credit, cannabis, firearms, gambling, or any other regulated or prohibited category.
4. Message frequency, rates, HELP and STOP
Message frequency varies by project and typically runs up to about 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Reply HELP at any time for help and our contact information. Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop all messages for your number; we confirm the opt-out and send nothing further unless you reply START to rejoin. Opting out applies to your number only and does not affect your coworkers.
5. Do not send sensitive information
SMS is not a secure channel. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account or card numbers, health information, government ID images, or passwords over SubLine. Use jobsite messaging for coordination only.
6. General contractor responsibilities
Each general contractor using SubLine is responsible for obtaining and documenting consent from every person they add to a project, for keeping their crew's use of the service lawful and professional, and for honoring opt-out requests received outside the platform.
7. Availability and carriers
Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies — call 911 for any life-safety issue on a jobsite.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at https://sublineconnect.com/terms with the effective date above. Questions about the messaging program can be sent to info@emnovacorp.com.
