1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run jobsite messaging:

• Your name, job title or trade role, company, and mobile phone number, as provided by you or by the general contractor who added you to a project.
• The content and timestamps of text messages sent through the service.
• Consent records: how and when you opted in, the exact wording you were shown, and the IP address and browser used if you opted in through this website.
• Delivery metadata returned by our messaging provider, such as delivered/failed status and carrier error codes.

3. How we use it

We use this information to deliver messages between general contractors and subcontractor crews, to honor opt-in and opt-out requests, to troubleshoot delivery problems, to bill our general contractor customers, and to comply with legal and carrier requirements.

4. We do not sell or share your number for marketing

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked for.

Those providers are our SMS carrier partner (Twilio), which transmits the messages, and our cloud hosting and database provider, which stores them. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own marketing.

5. Retention

Message content and consent records are retained while the project is active and afterward as needed for support, billing, and legal or carrier compliance. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as required to prove compliance.

6. Your choices

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, email info@emnovacorp.com from or referencing the mobile number in question. We honor deletion requests except where records must be kept to document consent or opt-out.

7. Security and children

We use encrypted transport and access controls, and limit access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information by text. SubLine is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

Updates are posted at https://sublineconnect.com/privacy with a new effective date. Continued use of the messaging service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
